PAYMENT

• Credit card, Paypal, and Amazon Pay are available.

DELIVERY

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Additional re-sending fee due to the incorrect address will additionally be charged on your account.
• Shipped from Tokyo, Japan to worldwide. Destination is not listed. Please contact info @nonatemari.com. 
• Shipment is shipped within a few days after we confirm your payment.
• Shipment by EMS by Japan post or a parcel shipment by DHL.
• In case the package is loss, we are unable to reimburse or replace the goods. Cargo insurance is not included.
• Shipping costs will not be returned in any case and return-shipping cost is paid by the customer.
• The delivery might take longer than expected due to bad weather or natural deserter.
• If you pre-order and standard products at a time, both will be shipped together with pre-order goods.
