Please understand the following characteristics before making your purchase:

Our threads are hand-dyed using natural plant materials. Due to the nature of hand-dyeing, colors may vary slightly between batches.

The actual product colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen, depending on your device, monitor settings, and lighting conditions.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of "personal preference" or "slight color differences."

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you find damages or defects, please contact us at shop@nonatemari.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the subject title "REFUND or EXCHANGE".
